                           Mani Ratnam cheated a light man?

A light man named Manimaaran claims that he had worked with Mani Ratnam in Guru and developed a blood related infection during the shoot. Manimaaran says Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies and Lightsman association owe him RS 2 lakhs.

“If Mani Ratnam fails to settle me the amount, will commit suicide in front of the director ‘s house ” said Manimaaran in a recent media interaction.

But Mani Ratnam’ s production house Madras Talkies say that they have already settled one lakh after the labour court’s order. Sources close to the production house say that Manimaaran is just using the situation.

Manimaaran and Mani Ratnam’s controversy is the current hot topic in Kollywood.
